Chris Goudie is a mechanical engineer with Merrick Canada ULC. Chris has in depth experience with the design and specification of MEP systems serving complex laboratory facilities housing bio-containment, animal, plant and aquatic research, as well as diagnostic and teaching programs. As a LEED associate, Chris understands the impact that laboratories have on the environment and incorporates sustainable design practices into his projects. He consistently encourages his team to optimize and find efficiencies in systems that consume energy and water, but without comprising occupant comfort (acoustics, temperature, humidity, and air quality) and safety.

Chris has a M.A.Sc., in Aerospace Engineering from Carleton University and is a licensed engineer in Ontario and is a LEED Green associate.
