Corporate Sponsors

As a volunteer, not for profit organization becoming a sponsor of SLCAN  enables direct networking with membership drawn from the breadth of the Canadian lab industry (including both public and private). In addition (and perhaps more importantly) ensures SLCAN can encourage collaboration, benchmarking tools, webinars, conferences and a wide variety of platforms to ensure the timely dissemination of information to help our laboratories meet sustainability goals.

Our 2026 Annual

National Sponsorship

​The 2026 National Sponsorship package is $10,000 per year and includes:

  • Corporate logo on the website home page

  • Corporate logo in rolling logo carousel on main interior pages

  • 200-500 word corporate profile on Corporate Sponsor page, with links to all social media accounts

  • Corporate logo on all NON-CONFERENCE communications

  • 10% reduction on the national sponsorship package upon annual renewal (NB: discount on published package price, not compounded year-over-year)

  • 5% reduction on SLCan National Conference exhibition booth package (NB: only for current year Conference, cannot be applied to future Conferences)

  • Recognition of sponsorship at the SLCan National Conference and Annual General Meeting through verbal announcements and sponsor slides

  • FIVE complimentary individual membership to SLCan for one year

  • Corporate logo on opening and closing slide at all SLCan webinars throughout the sponsored year

  • The option to direct funds from this sponsorship to support Chapter events (NB: Max. ONE event per Chapter at an amount of $500 each)

    • ONE complimentary registration for the sponsored Chapter event(s)

    • Corporate logo promoted at the sponsored Chapter event(s)

  • The option to provide volunteer resources to support the various working Committees and/or technical expertise to bolster the educational program development
