About the event

A Vertical Exhausting Laminar Flow (V-ELF) hood is a special exposure control device that combines the characteristics of a vertical laminar flow clean bench with an exhausting chemical fume hood. V-ELF hoods are designed to provide product protection (ISO Class cleanliness) and personal protection (ASHRAE hood containment) and are often used in Microelectronic, Trace Metals Analysis, Cleanrooms, Nanotechnology, and Pharmaceutical applications. V-ELF hoods are primarily found within cleanroom facilities where they can provide a higher level of cleanliness within the microenvironment of the hood work chamber. This webinar will provide an introduction to Vertical Exhausting laminar Flow Hoods and an overview of the SEFA V-ELF standard.
